We sell personalized and ready-made jewelry and gift products.
Some products are custom-made using personalization details you provide. You are responsible for verifying all personalization details before submitting your order.
Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the final product.
4. Pricing & Currency
Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your location (EUR or USD).
All prices include applicable VAT for EU customers via the IOSS system.
Prices do not include US sales tax unless required by law and displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
5. Orders & Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant providers.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to fraud suspicion, pricing errors, or product availability.
6. Production & Fulfillment
Orders are produced by our international manufacturing partners located in China.
Production time: 3–5 business days
Delivery time: approximately 7–10 business days (EU & US)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Shipping
Shipping details, delivery estimates, and tracking information are provided in our Shipping Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your order is fulfilled internationally.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery for non-personalized items.
This right does not apply to personalized products.
9. Returns & Refunds
Our full Return Policy applies.
Personalized products are only eligible for return or replacement if defective.
Refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise required by law.
10. Taxes & Duties
EU VAT is included in the product price via IOSS.
US sales tax is collected where required by law.
Import duties and customs fees are included unless otherwise stated at checkout.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content including designs, images, logos, text, and branding is the property of Jamba Invest BV trading as Elyssor’s Treasures.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamba Invest BV shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Some jurisdictions do not allow warranty disclaimers. Your statutory rights are not affected.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
Class actions are waived.
EU consumers retain mandatory rights under EU consumer law.
