This Shipping Policy explains how Elyssor’s Treasures (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Jamba Invest BV, processes and delivers orders to customers in the European Union and the United States.

- United States
Order Processing & Production
All orders are prepared and manufactured by our international fulfillment partners.
Production Time:
3–5 business days
Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner warehouses located in China.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after production:
- European Union: 7–10 business days
- United States: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Customs processing
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Peak seasons
Shipping Carriers
Our logistics partners use a network of international carriers and last-mile delivery services.
Carrier selection depends on destination and local availability.
Tracking is provided for all shipments.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
VAT, Customs & Duties
European Union
We use the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system.
EU VAT is prepaid and included in the product price.
Customers will not be charged VAT or customs fees upon delivery.
United States
No VAT applies.
US sales tax is collected where required by law.
Import duties and customs fees are included unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit:

- We will initiate an investigation with the carrier
Delivery delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local carrier
- Then contact us so we can assist
We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- Include your order number
We will arrange a replacement or store credit where applicable.
