This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and replacements when shopping with Elyssor's Treasures, operated by Jamba Invest BV.

1. General Information
Elyssor's Treasures sells both personalized and ready-made jewelry and gift products. Because some of our products are custom-made to your specifications, different return rules apply depending on the product type.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union and purchased a non-personalized item, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us by email at info@elyssorstreasures.store.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
3. Personalized Products
Personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. For this reason, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer
- Size or style preferences
Personalized items are eligible for a replacement only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or store credit. To qualify, please:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Include your order number

Once approved, we will offer a free replacement or store credit for the purchase amount.
5. Return Window (US Customers)
For US customers purchasing non-personalized items, we offer a voluntary 30-day return window. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Refund Method
For EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal, refunds are issued to the original payment method, as required by law. In all other approved cases, refunds may be issued as store credit unless otherwise required by law.
Store credit has no expiration, can be used on any future purchase, and is issued within 5–10 business days after approval.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll assist with the carrier investigation.
9. Return Authorization
Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Please email us first — unapproved returns may be refused.
