Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to my country?
Yes — we ship worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard items arrive in 5–10 business days. Personalized and made-to-order pieces take 10–14 business days, since each one is created especially for you.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, and you can follow your order anytime on our Track Order page.

Are there customs fees or VAT?
For customers in the EU, applicable VAT is already included in the price you see — no surprise charges on delivery. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local duties set by your own country.

Payment

Which payment methods can I use?
We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, and all major credit and debit cards, alongside other secure options at checkout.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Every payment is processed through a fully encrypted, secure checkout.

Orders & Changes

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Standard orders can be changed before they're dispatched. Personalized orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins.

I entered the wrong personalization details — what now?
Email us right away at info@elyssorstreasures.store. If production hasn't started yet, we'll correct it. Once a personalized piece is in production the details can no longer be changed.

Personalization

How do I personalize my piece?
On the product page, add your name, photo, or date in the personalization fields before adding to cart. What you enter is exactly what we create, so please double-check spelling and dates.

Can personalized items be returned?
Because they're made specifically for you, personalized items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged — unless they arrive faulty or incorrect, in which case we'll always make it right.

Products & Care

What are your pieces made from?
Most of our jewelry is crafted from durable stainless steel with an 18K PVD gold or silver finish. Select pieces are solid 925 sterling silver. Non-jewelry gifts list their own materials on each product page.

Are they waterproof?
Our stainless steel and PVD-finished pieces are waterproof and made for everyday wear. Sterling silver pieces should be kept away from water and removed before showering or swimming.

Will my jewelry tarnish?
Stainless steel with a PVD finish is tarnish-resistant and built to last. Sterling silver can naturally patina over time — a gentle polish brings the shine back.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our stainless steel is nickel-safe and skin-friendly, and our sterling silver is gentle on sensitive skin.

How do I find my size?
Chain lengths and ring sizes are listed on each product page, and many of our rings are adjustable — check the product details for specifics.

How should I care for my piece?
Store it dry, avoid contact with perfume and harsh chemicals, and wipe gently with a soft cloth. Remove sterling silver before any water exposure.

Do your pieces come gift-ready?
Yes — your order arrives in Elyssor's Treasures packaging that's ready to give.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
If you're in the EU and purchased a non-personalized item, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery. Personalized items are final sale unless they arrive faulty. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@elyssorstreasures.store with your order number and a clear photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or store credit.
